A note about photos at the party
Hi! You're receiving this because your child is invited to 's birthday party at Northwood Game Haven on .
The party host has booked our Pro Photo Session, so a Game Haven photographer will be taking photos during the party. Here is exactly what that means:
Whose photos they are. The photos are taken for the host family, and delivered to the host family only — digital copies and one keepsake print. Northwood Game Haven does not use party photos on its website, social media, ads or anywhere else. Ever.
Where and when. Only in the party's rooms, only during the booked party time. No photos in restrooms, and none of anyone who isn't part of the party.
How long we keep them. Our copies are deleted within 90 days of delivery — sooner if the host, or you, ask.
Opting out is easy. If you'd rather your child not be photographed, just tell the host, the photographer, or any staff member — before or during the party. The photographer will skip your child. If your child still ends up in a shot, tell us and we'll remove or crop it before anything is delivered.
Nothing else is collected about your child — no names, no ages, no sign-ups. Any questions, we're at stash@northwoodgamehaven.com or 715-861-3214.
See you at the party!
