🎨 Haven Club Artist Contest

For artists 18 and older. One design wins each month.

Yes, you may show my entry even if it doesn’t win — on an in-store board of the month’s entries and in the entries gallery on gamehaven.guru (with the title and artist name). Optional. You can change this any time from your email link. I’m 18 or older, I made this art myself, and it’s my own original work. I agree to the contest rules.

How it works

The monthly calendar

By the 14th (end of the second week) we post the month’s drawing prizes and the Little Stash prize package right here.
The 21st at 11:59 PM (end of the third week) is the entry deadline for next month’s contest. Anything later goes into the following month.
The last week of the month the Gurus review every entry together and pick the winners.
The first week of the month we announce the winners and hand out the prizes.
The first weekend after the first full week the new sticker is ready for pickup — it’s exclusive to Haven Club members (never sold), and every member has a sticker coupon in the app (from the 1st, or the day they join) to redeem at the counter.

What makes a good entry

Your own original art, made by you (not made with an AI image generator).
Fits on a round or square sticker about 3 inches across — bold shapes and clear outlines print best.
Family-friendly, since stickers go to members of all ages.
No characters, logos or brands that belong to someone else, and no real people without their permission.
Our name on your sticker: every Haven Club sticker says “Northwood Game Haven.” Work our name, logo or Stash into your design if you like — it’s encouraged, but not required. If you don’t, we’ll add a small “Northwood Game Haven” when we print, placed so it doesn’t cover or change your art.
Up to 3 new entries per artist each month.

Your art stays yours

Entering doesn’t give us your art. If your entry isn’t picked we won’t use it — and we only show it (in the store or in the online gallery) if you ticked the box saying we may.
If it wins the Haven Club Artist Contest, you keep the copyright and give us permission to print it as Haven Club stickers (free to members, never sold) and to use it on our physical and online posters and promotions, with credit. We don’t sell prints or merchandise of your art.
Little Stash winners: we show the winning art with the young artist’s first name and last initial on our site and in the store to celebrate the win.
If we’d like to use an entry that didn’t win, we’ll ask you first, in a separate agreement — you’re free to say no.
