Your free-beverage codes appear in the app each month on your renewal date. Scan one per drink.

The details

Billing: $10.00 a month, charged to your card through Stripe on the day you join and on the same day each month after. Sales tax is added only where the law requires it.
Cancel any time: in the app (Rewards → Haven Club → Cancel membership) or from the link in any Haven Club email. Canceling stops the next renewal; everything you’ve paid for stays on until the end of that month.
Refunds: no refunds for partial months. Billing mistakes and duplicate charges are always refunded.
Free beverages: single-use codes, one drink each from our Beverages menu, in person at the register. They reset on your renewal date and don’t carry over.
Monthly sticker: one exclusive Haven Club sticker each month, designed by a local artist — pick it up from a Guru at the counter that month (while supplies last; not mailed; doesn’t carry over).
Members-only coupons: now and then we drop coupons just for members (free ice cream, a free fidget and the like) in the app’s Specials, marked with the Haven Club badge. How often, what they are and how many are up to us; each has its own dates and limits.
Member discounts: food sold by the Haven, and board, card, party and dice games and expansions. Not on trading-card singles or sealed product, pre-orders, consignment items, gift cards, or room and event fees. They don’t combine with other coupons, specials or sale prices — the register gives you the better deal. You still earn and spend Haven Rewards as usual.
One person per membership. It’s tied to your Haven Rewards account and can’t be shared or transferred.

Questions

Can I join from my phone?

Yes — in the Game Haven app (Android, on Google Play) go to Haven Rewards & Haven Club, or tap Join on this page from any phone or computer. An iPhone app is coming; until then the button above works in Safari.

When do I get my free drinks?

The moment your membership starts, and again every month on your renewal date. They show up in the app under Haven Rewards and on the Specials page’s Haven Club tab.

What happens if I cancel?

Nothing changes until the end of the month you’ve paid for — your discounts and any unused drinks still work until then. After that it simply doesn’t renew. Changed your mind? Tap Keep my membership before that date.

What if my card is declined?

Stripe tries again over the next several days and we email you so you can update your card in the app. Your perks keep working while it retries; if it can’t collect, the membership ends.
