💳 A refundable deposit is required, and is calculated for each booking based on the room(s) you reserve. It's a hold, not an added fee — refunded in full so long as nothing is stolen or damaged and the room(s) are left reasonably cleaned. There is a 4-hour minimum on all play-space bookings. Your exact deposit and total are itemized in the cost summary at the bottom of this form. Full details in our Terms & Conditions.
$10/hour for the first 4 hours, then $5/hour after — 4-hour minimum. Select one or more rooms to use during the same time block.
The Lodge & The Adventurer's Rest are our overnight suites, booked separately on VRBO. Reserve directly below, or check the box and a Game Guru will reach out to help.
Bookings are a 4-hour minimum and run up to 8 hours max. Slots already booked, reserved for an NGH event, or blacked out can't be selected.
Some add-ons are complimentary — included with your room booking rate at no extra charge. Others carry an additional charge. Each is clearly labeled below. All are subject to availability; add a note to request specific titles or arrangements.

💳 Once a Game Guru approves your request, we'll email you secure online payment links for your booking fee and refundable deposit (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). You can also pay in person at the shop. Payment is due by the end of the day before your reservation.
